1 1/2 cups of water

1 packet of agar-agar powder (10g)
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 cups of coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
3. Mix in the oil, water, vanilla essence, and instant coffee powder until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. While waiting for the brownies to bake, prepare the pudding mixture. In a pot, mix agar-agar powder, water, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Cook on medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
6. Add the coconut milk and cook until the mixture comes to a boil again.
7. Pour the pudding mixture onto the baked brownies and let it cool for several hours until set.
8. Cut the brownies pudding into pieces and serve chilled. Enjoy!
